Staff Biographies
 | Aidan Elliott - Managing Director Aidan began his career as a Draftsman in Thomas Garland & Partners, Rathmines, Dublin 6 in 1978. He left there to join his father's firm, P. Elliott & Co. Ltd, where he worked his way up to Contracts Manager and was in charge of projects to the value of €40 million. Aidan left P. Elliott & Co. Ltd in 2000 to form Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd. He continues to maintain a good working relationship with his brothers Jim and Noel who are also involved in the construction industry. |

Karl Cronin – Financial Controller.
Karl graduated from Dublin City University in 2001 with an Honours Degree in Business Studies and is currently studying for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification through distance education. He has also completed the Taxation Certificate with the Institute of Public Administration.
Karl previously worked with Con Dolan Chartered Accountants and Sarasi Ltd before joining Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd in 2000.
Eoghan Elliott - Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Eoghan graduated from DIT, Bolton Street in 2001 with an Honours BSC in Surveying. While studying, Eoghan worked in Kerrigan Sheanan Newman in Dublin for four months preparing cost plans and Bill of Quantities. After graduating he went on to work with John J. Casey Quantity Surveyors, Saggart, Co. Dublin. In 2002 he joined Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. During his time with Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd, Eoghan has been involved in the following developments:

Ciaran Brady – Site Engineer.
Ciaran graduated from Dundalk RTC with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He began his career with Cormac Murray as a Site Engineer and during this time was involved in the PortLaoise Sewage Scheme. He then moved on to work with the Dublin Corporation as a Site Engineer. While working with the Dublin Corporation, Ciaran worked on the Tallaght Housing Development. Ciaran then moved to P. Elliott & Co. Ltd, Cavan and took on projects such as Belturbet W.S.S, Lucan Shopping Centre and AIB, Navan.
Ciaran joined Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd in 2000 as a Site Engineer and has been involved in numerous projects including:

- O’ Raghallaigh Park, Tierquin, Cavan - €6m
- Ballyhaise Agricultural College, Cavan - €0.9m
- Walterstown GFC Clubrooms, Navan, Co. Meath - €0.9m

Ciaran is currently overseeing all works at the Childcare Facility at Ballsgrove, Drogheda, Co. Louth - €1.3m
Padraig Gavigan – Site Engineer.
Padraig graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 1996 with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. After graduating Padraig worked with P. Elliott & Co. Ltd in Cavan as a site clerk where he was directly involved in such projects as, Kennedy Road, Navan and Thomas Street Carpark Development, Dublin. After two years with P. Elliott & Co. Ltd, Padraig moved to PJ Hegarthy & Sons. During his time here he was involved in well known developments including Intel Ireland, Grand Canal Plaza, Morrison Hotel, Dublin and Harold’s Cross Greyhound Stadium. Padraig also gained experience while working with Hoe Miley & Partners where he was involved in the managing of the civil element of a major housing development with up to 1200 units in the Dublin region.
Padraig joined Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd in 2003 as a Site Engineer and has been involved in the following projects:

- McIntyre’s Furniture World, Dublin Road, Cavan - €1m
- Stoneyfort Housing Development, Keadue Lane, Cavan - €1.5m
- VW Motor Showrooms, Dublin Road, Longford - €3.5m
and is currently a Site Engineer on Mixed Used Development at Stepaside, Dublin - €14m
Koen Busschots - Site Engineer.
Koen graduated from DIT, Bolton Street in 2002 with a Diploma in Construction Technology. Koen previously worked with Shannow Civil Engineering as a Surveyor/Setting Out Engineer. Koen joined Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd in August 2002 as a Site Engineer. To date Koen has been involved in the following projects while working with Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd:

Fiacra McDonnell - Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Fiacra graduated from College of Technology, Bolton Street in 1994. Fiacra has a wide range of experience in Quantity Surveying from both London and USA as well as working with reputable companies such as John F Supple Ltd and P. Elliott & Co. Ltd. While working with P. Elliott & Co. Ltd, Fiacra was Quantity Surveyor for:
- Cavan College of Further Studies.
- Monaghan Swimming Pool.
- Riverside 2, Office and Apartment Development.
Since joining Aidan Elliott Construction Ltd in 2006, Fiacra has been Senior Quantity Surveyor on the following projects:
